As a Planning & Cost Control Lead, you will lead the Project Services function and oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and project reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities. • Develop and maintain project control systems, procedures, and reporting frameworks. • Monitor project progress, cost performance, and schedule adherence. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and management project reports. • Manage project forecasting, benchmarking, and trend analysis. • Perform schedule and cost risk analysis and support contingency planning. • Coordinate with Finance on cash flow, budgeting, and cost reporting activities. • Manage project change control and management of change processes. • Review and approve contractor schedules, progress updates, and cost estimates. • Support project assurance reviews and decision gate requirements. • Lead project controls interfaces with contractors and project stakeholders. • Develop recovery plans and corrective actions for schedule and cost deviations. • Support project closeout reporting and lessons learned activities. • Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Services team. • Promote strong HSE leadership and project governance compliance.
