We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Planning & Supply Coordinator to join our commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, while working closely with our growers, production, logistics and the commercial team to keep our supply chain running smoothly. The main purpose of the role is to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans that balance customer requirements, crop availability and operational capacity. The Planning and Supply Coordinator is responsible for translating customer demand into achievable production plans, ensuring efficient utilisation of crops, minimising waste and supporting excellent customer service levels.
