Job Description: Planner / Scheduler – Data Centres (US Relocations from UK) Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 Location: USA (multiple locations) Visa Sponsorship: Provided Overview A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to support the delivery of hyperscale data centre projects for a major global technology client across the United States. The role requires strong project planning expertise, the ability to manage complex schedules, and confidence working within fast-paced, mission-critical environments. Full visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for large-scale data centre projects. • Coordinate planning activity across design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. • Track progress, update schedules, analyse critical paths, and forecast delivery timelines. • Identify risks, delays, and required mitigation to maintain programme performance. • Review and assess contractor schedules for alignment with project objectives. • Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client-facing stakeholders. • Maintain rigorous planning governance, documentation, and change control procedures. Requirements • 5–10 years’ experience as a Planner, Scheduler, or Project Controls professional on complex construction or infrastructure projects. • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline. • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to take ownership of planning across the full project lifecycle. • Willingness and ability to relocate to the USA , with visa sponsorship provided.
