Tätigkeitsbeschreibung: [Versão em Português] Responsabilidades: • Executar a manutenção, manutenção preventiva, alteração ou reconstrução em um artigo (incluindo inspeção) nas aeronaves e seus conjuntos. • Efetuar os serviços de acordo com o previsto na legislação aeronáutica em vigor, no MOM (Manual da Organização de Manutenção), MCQ (Manual do Controle da Qualidade) da Helibras e nos dados previstos nos Manuais dos fabricantes da aeronave, motores e componentes. • Utilizar métodos, técnicas e práticas estabelecidas na última revisão do manual de manutenção do fabricante, ou nas instruções para aeronavegabilidade continuada preparadas pelo fabricante ou outros métodos, técnicas e práticas aprovados pela Helibras. Utilizar ferramentas, equipamentos e aparelhos de teste de apoio necessários às atividades designadas. Certificar-se que os materiais utilizados na execução dos serviços estão em conformidade com os requisitos da legislação e padrões do fabricante. • Executar uma inspeção ou outra manutenção especificada em uma seção de limitação de aeronavegabilidade de um manual de manutenção do fabricante, ou outras instruções para aeronavegabilidade continuada, em conformidade com aquela seção. Cumprir os boletins de serviço do fabricante e Diretivas de Aeronavegabilidade (AD) emitidas pelas Autoridades Aeronáuticas • Atuar em serviços de apoio técnico à atividade de inovação, através da implantação e da manutenção de instalações ou equipamentos destinados à execução de projeto de pesquisa, desenvolvimento ou inovação tecnológica. • Aprovar o retorno ao serviço de aeronaves, quando detentor de Habilitação em Célula e Grupo Motopropulsor, atuando como Delegatário de Inspeção, quando designado para tal. Possuir domínio acerca da regulamentação da aviação civil aplicável e proficiente no uso dos vários métodos de inspeção, técnicas, práticas, auxílios, equipamentos e ferramentas apropriadas ao trabalho sendo executado e aprovado para retorno ao serviço. • Aprovar o retorno ao serviço de aeronave que tenha sido submetida a grande reparo ou grande alteração, atuando como Delegatário de Inspeção, quando designado para tal. • Registrar os serviços executados e/ou supervisionados em conformidades com a legislação vigente. Registrar a execução e aprovação de retorno ao serviço de aeronaves submetidas a Grandes Reparo e/ou Grandes Alterações. Registrar a execução e aprovação de retorno ao serviço de artigos (componentes) após manutenção, manutenção preventiva, recondicionamento, modificação ou reparo, através do Certificado de Liberação Autorizada. Realizar os registros imediatamente após a finalização de cada atividade. Garantir que todos os registros pertinentes ao serviço tenham sido realizados antes de considerar o serviço concluído. • Manter limpo e organizado o seu posto de trabalho, recolhendo ao final da jornada todos os detritos produzidos na execução de suas atividades, depositandoos em local adequado. - Limpar, organizar e guardar todo o ferramental utilizado na execução de suas atividades, a fim de manter a organização da área de trabalho e garantir que nenhuma ferramenta ficou esquecida na aeronave / produto aeronáutico. Requisitos: • Ensino Técnico em MMA completo. • CHT em CEL e GMP ativo. • Será um diferencial CHT em AVI. • Prévia experiência prática em manutenção aeronáutica de asas rotativas. • Prévia vivência com a Linha Airbus Helicopters. Use tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to support the designated activities. Ensure that the materials used in performing the services comply with the requirements of the legislation and manufacturer's standards. • Perform an inspection or other maintenance specified in an airworthiness limitation section of a manufacturer's maintenance manual, or other instructions for continued airworthiness, in accordance with that section. Comply with manufacturer service bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) issued by the Aviation Authorities • Provide technical support services for innovation activities through the implementation and maintenance of facilities or equipment intended for the execution of research, development, or technological innovation projects. • Approve the return to service of aircraft when holding a Airframe and Powerplant License, acting as an Inspection Delegate when designated to do so. Have a thorough understanding of applicable civil aviation regulations and be proficient in the use of various inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools appropriate to the work being performed and approved for return to service. • Approve the return to service of aircraft that have undergone major repairs or alterations, acting as an Inspection Delegate when designated to do so. • Record the services performed and/or supervised in accordance with current legislation. Record the execution and approval of return to service of aircraft undergoing Major Repairs and/or Major Alterations. Record the execution and approval of return to service of items (components) after maintenance, preventive maintenance, reconditioning, modification, or repair, through the Authorized Release Certificate. Make records immediately after the completion of each activity. Ensure that all records relevant to the service have been made before considering the service complete. • Keep your workstation clean and organized, collecting all debris produced in the performance of your activities at the end of the day and depositing it in an appropriate place. Clean, organize, and store all tools used in the performance of your activities in order to maintain the organization of the work area and ensure that no tools are left behind in the aircraft/aeronautical product. Requirements: • Complete technical training in MMA. • Active CHT in CEL and GMP. • CHT in AVI will be a plus. • Previous practical experience in rotary wing aircraft maintenance. • Previous experience with the Airbus Helicopters line.
