Reports to the Bakery & Pala Lead. • Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes • Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures • Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards • Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production • Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production • Performs other duties as required or assigned • 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position • Good work ethic, communication and time management skills Job Requirements • Availability to work onsite with a flexible, open schedule often including evenings and weekends preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting • Ability to work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven and commercial spiral mixer Compensation • Compensation for this role is CAD $19.00-$21.00 hourly Benefits and Perks • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Paid Parental Leave • RRSP • Free family meal daily • Discounts at Eataly • Classes on products and Italian cuisine • Referral bonus program • and more!
