Responsibilities: Shop Welding: • Coordinate with Production Supervisor regarding required weld processes per project. • Collaborate with Shop Lead to meet weld schedule needs and best fit. • Perform various fabrication projects. • Assist welders with fitting and problem-solving. • Share knowledge and experience to maximize daily performance. • Conduct daily QC/QA. Weld Certifications: • Proficient in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding. • Experience with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. • Maintain up-to-date weld certification Required Experience: • Must have 2 or more years of pipefitting and welding experience • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination. • Sound judgment and critical thinking. • Attention to detail. • Highly reliable.
