We’re looking for people who will take context seriously and communicate the Good News of Jesus in a way that can be understood locally. You will engage creatively with your context, listening to what God is doing, what is happening and what is needed. You will work alongside local Christians to share the love of Jesus in response to what you hear, making disciples of Jesus through holistic approaches. As the context of global mission develops, we are following God’s call to develop mission within and from Latin America. This includes mission in new geographical areas, within new contexts and with new partners. It is also enabling Latin American Christians to serve in mission both within the region and across the world, sharing the gifts of the Latin American church. Our placements are self-funding with extensive support in fundraising given to those who serve long-term (three years or longer).
