Title : Ping Identity Architect Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Duration : Contract (12-24 months) Pay rate : $90/hr About the Role A leading global technology provider is seeking a Ping Identity Architect to support a major identity and access management program within a top-tier financial services environment. This Ping Identity Architect will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. What You'll Do • Design and implement Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, etc.) • Architect secure systems for SSO, MFA, and federation • Support authentication and authorization strategies across enterprise platforms • Drive IAM best practices aligned with security and compliance standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across security, infrastructure, and development • Optimize existing identity solutions for performance and scalability Requirements and Skills • Proven experience as a Ping Identity Architect or Senior IAM Engineer • Deep expertise in: • SSO / Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • Directory services & access management • Strong background in enterprise security architecture • Experience working within large-scale or regulated environments (financial sector preferred) • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join? • Long-term, stable contract with a high-impact enterprise program • Opportunity to lead architecture decisions in a security-critical domain • Work with cutting-edge IAM technologies in a high-visibility role
