As a Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll join a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where mentorship, growth, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. One of our core values is constant improvement—and we live it out through weekly Lunch & Learns, “Papers & Pints” research nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit and built-in mentorship and peer learning!  You’ll be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, persistent pain, and chronic health conditions.  Compensation: Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $90,000–$130,000+ annually, depending on caseload and hours. The  fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64% , depending on experience and qualifications. Hours: We have a variety of day and evening shifts (including a Saturday day shift) available across both our Cordova Bay and Panorama Recreation Centre Locations, and are happy to work with you to build your ideal schedule. As a Physiotherapist, you will:  Conduct clinical assessments , treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for clients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, persistent pain, neurological conditions, and/or mobility challenges related to aging or chronic disease.  Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and rooted in patient goals and values.  Collaborate with our team of kinesiologists, psychologists, clinical counsellors, and other health professionals to support integrated care when appropriate.  Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards and to support multidisciplinary collaboration.  Keep growing.
