Why You'll Love This Opportunity Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call responsibilities Competitive base salary plus monthly productivity bonuses Up to $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation assistance for eligible candidates Patient-focused environment that prioritizes outcomes over productivity quotas Structured mentorship and onboarding for new graduates Clinical autonomy with collaborative support from experienced therapists Opportunities for continuing education, specialization, and career advancement Modern outpatient orthopedic clinic with established referral relationships Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience) Performance Bonus Monthly productivity bonus: $500–$2,000 Additional Incentives Up to $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation package for qualified candidates Comprehensive Benefits Include Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and separate sick leave 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions What You'll Do Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional training Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications Required Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based orthopedic care Preferred Outpatient orthopedic experience Experience with manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship Why Surprise, Arizona?
