We’re looking for an expert physical therapy assistant with 2+ years of experience. Job Type: Full-time (preferred), Part-time We’re excited to hear from you. Essential characteristics: The PTA will be responsible for the care delivery of patients, carried out within the scope of practice, defined by the state laws and the state Board of Physical Therapy Directly carries out the day-to-day patient assignments with the oversight and guidance by the Physical Therapist; Conducts physical therapy care within the scope of practice, as well as agency policies and regulations; Consistently follows company policies and procedures; Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation and local standards, rules and regulations; Participates in personal professional growth and development; Participates with the interdisciplinary team to assure coordination of care and continuity of care delivery Reports all changes to patient findings to the Physical Therapist, as well as the physician where applicable Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday to Friday with 2 evenings until 6:30p Requirements Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: licensed PTA clinical: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Physical Therapy Assistant License or pending license (Required) Benefits 401(k) with matching Continuing education funds Health insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible schedule Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off
