Core Responsibilities • Direct Patient Care: Implement customized pediatric treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists. Provide direct care utilizing therapeutic exercises, neuromotor activities, manual therapy, and modality applications tailored to children. • Progress Tracking & Education: Closely monitor and document patient progress. Report clinical observations to the Physical Therapist and educate families/caregivers on treatment protocols, home exercises, and adaptive techniques. • Accurate Documentation: Maintain pristine, timely documentation of patient treatments and behavioral responses in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with supervising PTs, fellow therapists (OT, SLP, ABA), and support staff to ensure seamlessly coordinated care.
