Physical Therapist – Tyler, TX Direct Hire | Growth Opportunity | Salary + Incentives (Up to $140,000) O’Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with PT Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Tyler, TX. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential. Our client’s integrated model combines physical therapy and chiropractic care to provide comprehensive treatment for: • Orthopedic & extremity injuries • Spine conditions • Post-operative rehabilitation • Pain management • Soft tissue recovery You will treat a diverse and steady patient caseload alongside a collaborative team of providers — with the opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and financially. Company Culture • Detail-oriented – precision and consistency matter • Outcome-driven – focused on patient progress and results • Team-centered – collaborative and supportive clinical environment Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff • Refer patients to appropriate providers when indicated • Serve as a clinical leader for staff and within the community Competencies • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills • Professional, ethical patient care Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently • Clear communication with patients and care teams • Commitment to clinical excellence and continued learning Education & Licensure • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure • Strong drive for professional and personal growth Schedule • Full-time • Monday-Friday Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary up to $140,000, based on experience • Performance-based incentive opportunities • Full benefits package available • Long-term financial and career growth potential within the organization Work Environment • Onsite position in Tyler, TX • Multidisciplinary clinic setting Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and assist up to 50+ lbs as part of patient rehabilitation • Ability to demonstrate and support active and passive therapies • Standing, sitting, and movement throughout the day • Reasonable accommodations available
