O’Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with PT Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Tyler, TX. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff
• Refer patients to appropriate providers when indicated
• Serve as a clinical leader for staff and within the community

Education & Licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure
