The duties involve research on video streaming, immersive telepresence, quality of experience, state-of-the-art headsets, and subjective testing. The work leverages prominent international collaborations and extends NetEcon’s recent research [1, 2]. The methodology embraces the successful candidate’s strengths and interests, e.g., in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The objective is to obtain cutting-edge research results and publish them in top venues, such as ACM SIGCOMM, USENIX NSDI, ACM Multimedia, IEEE ICNP, ACM CoNEXT, IEEE INFOCOM, and ACM MMSys.
