The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing activities of the Wireless Networking Group , by advancing the state of the art and designing key scientific and technological enablers of future cellular networks to integrate sensing and communications. To this end, he/she will design new models and algorithms for localization and sensing procedures. All work will be carried out in the specific context of integrating the different components in a 6G open experimentation platform and demonstrate the potential of 6G for sensing and positioning services. The position requires: • an MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with a solid academic record • excellent programming skills • experience in building systems and experimental work in wireless networking • fluency in written and spoken English • enthusiasm for interdisciplinary research.
