Job Description Pharmacy Technician- Thurles QR Select are currently recruiting an experienced pharmacy Technician for a busy independent pharmacy based in Thurles. The hours are 9am to 6pm covering every 2nd Saturday, there is an option to work full or part-time. Permanent Full Time Key Responsibilities • Manage stock Levels • Accurately and efficiently prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist • Processing and tracking claims • Providing excellent patient care • Operate within the most up to date PSI guidelines • Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in the running of the dispensary The Package • Employee discount on company products • Tax saver initiatives such as Annual Travel Pass, Cycle to Work Scheme • Employee Referral Scheme • Employee Assistance Programme Key Skills • Must hold an approved Pharmacy Technician Qualification • Must have at least two years' experience in a Technician/ Dispensary role • Previous O.T.C Sales experience • In-depth product knowledge • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service • A helpful and courteous manner • Willing to work as part of a team If you are interested in getting further information on the role click the apply button below
