Title: Pharmacy Manager - Acute Care Pharmacy Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Pharmacy Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (Vereinigte Staaten) Summary: Coordinates all operational activities in Pharmacy Services; monitors and coordinates workflow, work-redesign and expansion of services; supervises staff pharmacists and technicians; implements training, scheduling, workflow assignments; administers performance evaluations and disciplinary actions of pharmacy personnel. Salary range is $141,509 - $170,993 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience License Requirement License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York. Education and Experience 1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or 2. Master’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or 3. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices. Preferred Qualifications The preferred candidate should be board certified and have previous experience in infusion, oncology, and working in a hospital setting.
