Job Description: Responsibilities • Consult customers to understand pest issues and determine the scope • Resolve customer pest issues • Apply pesticide or product as directed • Remove cobwebs around the perimeter of the home • Set and remove traps as needed • Provide service notes to clients using PestPac • Follow the daily route to ensure services are completed efficiently • Follow all safety procedures and regulations • Sell new services to existing clients • Close leads as directed by the sales team and the branch manager • Provide updates to the branch manager as needed • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • 21 years of age • A high school diploma or G.E.D. • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to read labels and follow directions • Basic use of a smartphone • Enthusiasm for exceptional customer service • Good oral and written communication skills • Solid attention to detail • Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) • Availability to work some weekends • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check • The ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs.
