What You’ll Do: • Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties • Inspect, identify, and treat pest issues efficiently • Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations • Maintain accurate service records • Represent the company with professionalism and care What We’re Looking For: • Active California Pest Control License (Field Rep or Applicator) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset • Dependable and punctual • Able to adapt to a flexible, service-based schedule Preferred: • Bilingual (English/Spanish conversational) Why Thrasher Pest Control?
