You may be a great fit if you: • Enjoy working outdoors and staying active • Like solving problems and fixing things • Prefer hands-on work over sitting behind a desk • Can work independently and manage your time well • Enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service • Take pride in doing quality work What You'll Do As a Pest Control Technician, you'll help protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests by: • Inspecting homes, businesses, crawl spaces, and other structures • Performing pest control treatments safely and professionally • Educating customers on pest prevention and treatment options • Using a company-provided tablet to manage appointments and service records • Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services that benefit customers What We're Looking For Required: • Valid North Carolina driver's license • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks • Ability to obtain required state certifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred: • Pest control, construction, maintenance, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other field service experience Physical Requirements This position requires: • Walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting, and climbing • Working in crawl spaces and occasionally attics • Lifting up to 50 pounds • Working indoors and outdoors throughout the year • Safe operation of company vehicles and equipment Schedule • Full-time • Monday-Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Overtime opportunities available with advance notice Pay & Benefits We offer one of the strongest compensation packages in the industry: • Higher-than-average industry pay • Paid training • Overtime opportunities • Sales commissions • Performance bonuses • Health insurance • Retirement plan with company match • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Annual performance awards • Company vehicle provided for work duties Compensation Growth • Paid trainees start at approximately  $720+ per week • Experienced candidates may start at higher pay • Performance reviews and wage increases for strong performers • Many technicians earn approximately  $840+ per week within their first year • Commission opportunities available from Day One Career Advancement Opportunities We believe in promoting from within.
