The Personal Support Worker (PSW) provides essential care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Additionally, this role offers companionship and emotional support while promoting clients’ independence and dignity. International applicants or foreign workers applying for this position must be Registered Nurses (RNs), as the intended career pathway is to become Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) in Canada. All international applicants must either be in the process of obtaining RPN licensure in a Canadian jurisdiction or be willing to initiate the licensure process immediately following a successful interview with our talent acquisition team.
