Job Profile and Description:
Agency Administrators, Inc. is expanding, and we have an opening for a Personal Lines Policy Specialist to join our award-winning team.

As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience.
Position Type: Full – Time
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST
Education Required: Current P&C Producer license
Experience Required: 4 Years minimum
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete policy reviews for existing clients- Renewal and Mid-Term
Reviews involve coverage counseling, completion/updating of RCE, policy endorsements, etc.
• Complete new and existing client sales for select agencies -
Quotes completed in comparative raters/ directly through carrier websites
• Cross sell & Account Round
• Brokered/Excess Line Renewals - Obtain renewal offer, obtain completed documents, collect payment and send bind request for brokered policies.
• Maintain Client Files - Use of agency management system to properly note interactions, secure documents and to allow seamless interactions between departments and agency owners.
Skills and Specifications:
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Solid work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure professional and concise communication
• Demonstrate an ability to develop trust and credibility easily and quickly to establish rapport
• Must possess a minimum of 4 years of related experience and a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License
• Experience with Applied EPIC a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Pay: $48,000 to $62,000 per year
