Seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to manage claimant cases of serious injury valued £150k-£1m+. FULLY REMOTE ROLE. Client Details This award-winning national law firm is renowned for its expertise in personal injury law, particularly in handling complex, high-value serious injury cases. Description The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:​ • Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £150k-£1m+.​ • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.​ • Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.​ • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.​ • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.​ • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.​ • Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.​ • Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice. Profile The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:​ • A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.​ • Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.​ • Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.​ • Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.​ • Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
