Per Diem positions available at our Portland and Windham locations Qualifications: • Valid Drivers License • Highschool diploma or equivalent • CPR/First Aid or the ability to become certified • Minimum of 1 year experience within mental health or substance use field Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Ensuring clients are safe and following program scheduling • Supporting healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment • Facilitating medication observation • Transporting and accompanying clients to regular appointments • Ensuring Crossroads policies and protocols are followed This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager and supports clients and performs routine technical tasks as needed, in accordance with established agency policies and procedures. All of Crossroads’ clinical programs are evidence based and incorporate a trauma informed focus to support each client in their recovery journey.
