You’ll also bring: • Strong experience providing high-quality PA or administrative support. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence communicating with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders and external contacts. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. • A proactive and practical approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems. • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of work. • The ability to remain calm and organised when priorities change. • Absolute discretion, professionalism and good judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information. • A flexible and positive approach, with a willingness to support wherever needed. Experience within infrastructure, engineering, energy or an operational business would be advantageous, but isn’t essential. Why join us?
