The role We are looking for a Performance and Social Specialist to activate the brand strategies, design, and content we create across paid, organic, and emerging channels. We handle the thinking, positioning, and creative. You make it work in the real world. This role is about distribution, optimisation, and momentum. You take finished assets and turn them into reach, engagement, and measurable growth for our brands and our clients. You will own how campaigns live, move, and evolve across social, search, and performance channels. You will collaborate on developing the brand strategy and core creative. Crucially, you will be directly responsible for the successful placement, performance, and continuous optimization of our work.
