Description
Sahl is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition, end to end, across our core channels (Search, Social). You will own strategy and execution, from campaign setup to daily optimization to reporting. The ideal candidate will do both the strategist and the operator: someone senior enough to set the channel strategy and budget allocation, but hands-on enough to build the campaigns, pull the reports, and manage pacing personally on a day-to-day basis. You will report directly to the Growth Marketing Manager and work closely with CRM, Product, and Creative to turn paid spend into predictable, efficient growth. Key Responsibilities • Own the full paid acquisition lifecycle. • Set bidding strategy, budget pacing, and day-to-day optimization across paid acquisition channels. • Design, build, and run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages. • Manage budgets across six- to seven-figure monthly spend, with full accountability for efficiency targets. • Build and maintain your own performance dashboards and forecasts; report channel results directly to the Growth Marketing Manager. • Partner with CRM and Creative teams to align paid campaigns with lifecycle and and other initiatives. • Stay ahead of platform changes (Google, Meta, TikTok) and bring new channels or tactics to the team. Requirements • 4+ Years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally including fintech, e-commerce, or another high-CAC vertical. • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Strong grasp of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, SQL, Adjust or equivalent). • Track record managing meaningful paid budgets against CAC/ROAS or LTV:CAC targets. • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and BI tools to build your own reporting and forecasts.
