We are looking for an agile marketer who doesn't just manage campaigns but actively uncovers new opportunities to scale, moving comfortably between data analysis and strategic pivots to hit our ambitious revenue goals. Responsibilities Agency, Vendor & Channel Management Main Agency Oversight: Lead day-to-day communication and strategic direction for our primary media agency, holding them accountable for performance across Meta (Paid Social & Display), Google (Search, YouTube & Display), and programmatic media. Omnichannel Execution: Manage and optimize additional digital media streams including B2B/premium ticketing campaigns on LinkedIn, and proactively lay the groundwork to pilot and launch emerging performance channels (e.g., Snapchat). Direct OOH Operations: Directly manage relationships, contract negotiations, and inventory with multiple traditional and non-traditional vendors for Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns, including traditional billboards, wild postings, and grassroots placements. Contractual Media Flights: Oversee the execution, scheduling, and performance tracking of high-stakes contractual media partnerships (e.g., iHeartRadio), ensuring 100% fulfillment and optimal impact. Strategy, Scale & Agility Full-Funnel Paid Strategy: Steer the end-to-end strategy for all paid channels to aggressively drive revenue across ticketing (season tickets, single games) and eCommerce merchandise sales. Proactive Optimization: Actively identify market opportunities to scale campaigns, test new audiences, and pivot media strategies mid-flight when necessary to maintain trajectory toward revenue targets. Asset & Creative Orchestration: Partner closely with the internal creative team to brief, order, and traffic the assets needed to fuel diverse media flights and optimization tests. Campaign Operations: Manage integrated performance marketing calendars and production pipelines using Asana to ensure flawless campaign launches and asset deliveries. Analytics, Budgeting & Insights Budget & ROAS Efficiency: Manage allocations across our media portfolio, continuously auditing performance and dynamically shifting capital to the highest-performing channels. Data-Driven Insights: Deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting that translates complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Testing Frameworks: Design and execute continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and multivariate testing across ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
