Performance Marketing Executive Up to £35,000 | Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Join a growing ecommerce business where you'll take ownership of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll optimise campaigns, analyse performance and drive customer acquisition across PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate Marketing. What you'll be doing • Managing and optimising PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate campaigns • Running A/B tests to improve performance • Monitoring ROAS, conversion rates and campaign performance • Using GA4 and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations • Working with external agencies to maximise campaign performance • Identifying new growth opportunities through data and competitor analysis What we're looking for • Hands-on experience across PPC and Paid Social (SEO and Affiliates desirable) • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 • Ecommerce experience is essential • A commercial mindset with a passion for improving campaign performance • Someone who enjoys digging into data and can explain the why behind optimisation decisions Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE Location: Birmingham (3 days office / 2 days home) At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
