WORK AT DYNINNO Welcome to Dyninno Moldova, a San Francisco-based group of companies that has been providing products and services in finance, travel, and entertainment across 50+ markets since 2004. Dyninno has a robust presence in Chisinau, operating under Trevolution , Ecofinance , Multipass and Entertech brands, with 3 offices that employ over 1,000 people. We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Configuration Specialist with proven experience in configuring HR systems, specifically Sage People or similar platforms. This role is focused primarily on system configuration, optimization, and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing HRIS solutions in line with business requirements. This is not a pure support role — we are specifically seeking a candidate with strong practical experience in HRIS configuration. Responsibilities • Lead configuration activities in Sage People (permission sets, workflows, custom objects/fields, approval processes, validation rules, etc.) • Design and implement system changes based on business requirements • Configure and maintain role-based access, security settings, and organizational structures • Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Sage Reporting and Analytics • Participate in system enhancement and optimization initiatives • Support integrations with other systems (ATS, payroll, LMS, BI tools) • Perform testing (UAT), data validation, and support system releases • Maintain system documentation related to configurations and processes • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors on system development initiatives • Monitor Sage updates and assess impact on current configurations Requirements Highly Preferred: • Experience configuring Sage People built on the Salesforce platform • Understanding of Salesforce security architecture • Experience in HRIS implementation or transformation projects • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Service Desk tools • Experience supporting HR system integrations Personal Attributes • Strong analytical mindset • High attention to detail • Proactive and solution-oriented approach • Ability to manage multiple parallel configuration tasks • Clear and confident communication skills Why Join Us?
