Som vår nye People Performance Manager blir din viktigste jobb å omsette vår HR- og kulturstrategi til konkret handling, slik at vi når våre årlige og tydelige mål. Dine absolutt viktigste samarbeidspartnere i hverdagen vil være vår driftsdirektør (VP Director of Operations) og våre hotelldirektører (GMs) over hele Norden. Hva skal du drive og utvikle? I denne rollen skal du ikke bare støtte, du skal utvikle og drive ting fremover. Dine tre viktigste fokusområder blir: • Strategisk ledelsestrening og fremdrift: Du samarbeider tett med driftsdirektør og hotelldirektører for å utvikle lederteamene våre. Du utfordrer, driver utvikling og fasiliterer workshops som ruster lederne til å skape vinnerkultur og nå sine måltall. • Kultur og gjesteopplevelser: Du driver arbeidet med å holde Quality Hotel-kulturen levende, en kultur preget av glede og lagånd. Du sikrer at våre servicekonsepter og brand-treninger blir praktisert hver dag, slik at vi kontinuerlig løfter gjesteopplevelsen. • Målstyring og HR-prosjekter: Du jobber proaktivt og analytisk. Gjennom å følge opp HR-nøkkeltall og eNPS, omsetter du data til effektive handlingsplaner. Du driver også HR-prosjekter, som for eksempel innen onboarding og oppfølging av sykefravær, slik at vi alltid beholder og tiltrekker oss de beste talentene. Hvem er du? Vi leter etter en fremoverlent og løsningsorientert lagspiller som forstår hotellbransjen ut og inn, og som holder blikket festet på målet. Vi tror at du: • Har solid operativ ledererfaring fra hotell – du jobber kanskje som, eller har bakgrunn som, hotelldirektør, hotellsjef eller F&B Manager. • Er proaktiv og trives med å ta eierskap; du ser etter løsninger fremfor problemer, og lar deg motivere av felles måloppnåelse. • Kommuniserer med stor energi og har en naturlig evne til å engasjere, coache og få lederkollegaer med deg. • Trives med å reise og samarbeide på tvers av landegrenser i Norden.
