The role is highly hands-on and covers the full employment life-cycle, including employment administration, contract preparation, payroll coordination, payroll provisions, HR systems administration, employee support, and local compliance across our European Union talent hubs. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Prepare employment contracts, amendments, salary-change letters, confirmations, and termination documentation. Apply country-specific requirements across our talent hubs (located in France, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, with more to be added shortly), including differences in contracts, probation, fixed-term employment, working time, leave, notice periods, and terminations. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with local payroll providers. Prepare and reconcile payroll provisions and accruals, including bonuses, unused leave, commissions, employer costs, and termination payments. Maintain accurate employee data in HR and payroll systems. Respond directly to employee and manager questions on contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, and HR processes. Support employee relations, performance processes, restructurings, and organisational changes. Maintain country-specific templates, checklists, and HR compliance requirements. Required Experience Min of 5 years hands-on experience in People & HR Operations across multiple EU jurisdictions. Demonstrable experience supporting employees across France, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Germany is a distinctive advantage. Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, HR shared services, People Operations, payroll coordination, or an international HR generalist role. Practical knowledge of employment administration and employment law across multiple EU jurisdictions and the UK. Experience preparing employment contracts and employee documentation. Experience coordinating multi-country payrolls and working with external payroll providers. Experience preparing or reviewing payroll provisions and employee-cost accruals. Strong understanding of HR data, GDPR, documentation, and audit requirements. Excellent attention to detail, numerical capability, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple countries and deadlines. Fluent written and spoken in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
