Description
As our People Operations Specialist, you will ensure seamless, scalable, and compliant People Operations across the organisation. By owning end-to-end execution and continuously improving processes, you will enable Klim to grow efficiently while maintaining a strong employee experience and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities:
People Operations
• Own and run all core People Ops processes, including payroll, contracts, recruiting coordination, employee lifecycle, and compliance
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely execution of all HR operations
• Maintain and improve employee records, documentation, and HR systems
Process Optimisation & Scalability
• Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve People Ops workflows
• Build structured, scalable, and well-documented processes across multiple countries
• Introduce automation and system improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Employee Lifecycle & Experience
• Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain a high-quality employee experience across all touchpoints
• Strengthen clarity, transparency, and trust across the organisation
Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
• Act as trusted partner to leadership on operational people-related topics
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational topics
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and external partners
Complex Topics & Projects
• Manage sensitive HR topics
• Lead cross-functional operational projects (e.g. office expansion, OKR processes)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, and structured handling of complex situations
Your profile:
• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a fast-growing environment
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR processes
• Experience working in international or multi-country setups is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly hands-on and proactive, with a strong bias for action in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English and German
