Your Day-to-Day • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate hiring data. • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process. • Assist with onboarding activities, including document collection, employee communication, and new hire administrative processes. • Organize and maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Contribute to People Operations initiatives by supporting process improvements, monitoring recruitment pipelines, and providing administrative support for HR projects. What We're Looking For • Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data management; familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and cross-functional stakeholders. • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and People Operations. • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.
