The Tullamore Court Hotel , part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, Ireland's leading regional hotel group, is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join the team. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
In this influential role, your focus will be on driving key Human Resources initiatives across the hotel:
• HR Strategy & Operations: Partner with hotel leadership to align the People Strategy with business objectives. Ensure compliance with Irish Employment Law and HR Best Practices.
• Talent Development & Training: Develop and implement innovative Training and Development programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the Recruitment process for the hotel, attracting and hiring top hospitality talent who embody the iNUA spirit.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Champion our engagement strategy, cultivating a positive, inclusive, and thriving work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.
• This role is vital for maintaining our reputation as an Employer of Choice in the Tullamore hospitality market.
What We're Looking For:
You are an ideal fit if you have a proven track record as an effective HR leader (or HR Manager).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dedicated People & Culture or Human Resources role, ideally within a Hotel or the broader Hospitality Industry.
• A relevant qualification (Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• A strategic, passionate leader with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of Irish Employment Law, employee relations, and HR management systems.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced Hotel environment and excels at building strong, positive relationships.
