This role is the operational engine of the HR function — owning the transactional and data work that keeps the employee lifecycle running smoothly, from pre-joining through offboarding. You'll be the go-to person for accurate records, timely processing, and responsive employee support, ensuring every touchpoint of the HR experience is handled with precision and care. If you’re early in your HR career and want to actually run things (not just assist), this role gives you that opportunity.   You’ll manage core HR operations end-to-end, work with teams across India,  the UK, and the US,  and see the direct impact of your work on employee experience every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn fast, take responsibility, and grow into a strong HR professional.   What you’ll work on:   Run day-to-day HR operations and manage Rippling for India and the UK (with exposure to the US)   Be the go-to person for employee questions and HR tickets   Manage employee documentation, letters, and records   Support offer releases, onboarding, and joining formalities   Handle exit processes and clearances end-to-end   Manage benefits administration and insurance   Coordinate background checks and verification requests   Track and manage contract staff and interns   Help drive culture initiatives, employee gifting, and engagement activities   You’ll be doing well if:   Employees get clear, timely responses without repeated follow-ups   HR processes run smoothly because you’re on top of details   Data in Rippling HRIS is clean, accurate, and reliable   You start owning India HR processes confidently and gradually take on global work   You’re able to spot issues early and suggest practical improvements     What we’re looking for   Comfortable handling  day-to-day HR operations  and employee queries   Strong written and verbal communication (emails, documentation, follow-ups)   High attention to detail; notices gaps and fixes them early   Able to work with  HR systems, data, and spreadsheets  without hand-holding   Takes pride in delivering  accurate, on-time & reliable work   Proactive in following up and closing tasks end-to-end   Curious, quick to learn, and open to feedback
