This role is highly people-facing and hands-on, working closely with their assigned client groups and across the organization on P&C projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supports their assigned client groups with daily support needs Acts as the primary point of contact for the P&C Ops team and assigned client groups as it relates to employee matters, investigations, and performance management, escalating them as necessary within the team Analyzes workforce data (attrition, engagement, headcount, performance trends) and provides recommendations for the team Help administer leave of absence requests (FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, Short Term Disability, etc.) Assist with compliance tasks, safety training records, labor law postings, etc. Support engagement initiatives (recognition programs, surveys, etc.) Provides coaching and development opportunities for the Operational sites and assigned client groups Collaborates cross-functionally and within the P&C team to ensure a consistent employee experience Core Competencies Strong understanding of P&C best practices Strong business acumen and ability to translate people data into strategic recommendations Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters Demonstrated experience supporting teams through organizational change Experience with unionized workers a plus Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob, Workday, etc.)
