POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and relationship-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across the APAC region. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will partner with managers to deliver people strategies that enable business growth while also taking ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Working within a lean HR team, this role offers broad exposure across strategic partnering, employee experience, organisational development, talent management, compliance, and HR operations. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to delivering practical HR solutions across multiple countries. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Strategic Business Partnering Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and organisational priorities. Build trusted relationships with managers, providing pragmatic advice on people-related matters, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and business growth. Support regional expansion initiatives, including organisational design, workforce planning, market readiness, and local employment considerations. Coach leaders on leadership capability, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and performance management. Support change management initiatives by guiding leaders through organisational changes and business transformation. Talent & Employee Experience Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture across geographically dispersed teams. Support employee relations matters by providing balanced, commercially sound, and legally compliant advice. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and consistently. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, immigration requirements, and statutory obligations across multiple APAC countries. Partner with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure accurate employee data, payroll processing, and timely resolution of employee queries. Maintain HR systems and employee records with a strong focus on data integrity and operational excellence. Review and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Business Excellence Use HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with external vendors, consultants, and local advisors where required. Contribute to regional and global HR projects, continuously improving people practices and supporting business objectives. Take ownership of priorities beyond defined responsibilities, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. 5–9 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role within a multinational organisation.
