We are looking for a People Business Partner who will work closely with agency leadership teams to support organisational growth, build strong people practices, and drive a high-performance culture across the group. Role Overview The People Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to agency leaders across the Together Group portfolio, aligning people initiatives with business goals. The role requires a strong generalist HR background with solid knowledge of UK employment law, experience supporting organisational development and change, and ideally experience working within multi-agency or group structures. A key part of the role is building trusted relationships with senior leaders. The successful candidate will demonstrate high emotional intelligence, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and strong judgement when advising on sensitive people matters.
