The role will partner with line managers to support them to lead and develop their teams whilst ensuring their wellbeing and engagement. Have you got what it takes? • Do you hold a postgraduate Level 7 CIPD qualification or have equivalent experience? • Can you demonstrate strong business partnering experience and delivery of business focused people solutions to support continuous improvement within an organisation? • Are you able to provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on all people matters? Most importantly, you must be wholeheartedly committed to and motived by the purpose and values of St Ann’s Hospice. Contract: we are pleased to be able to offer this post as a part-time permanent position. Salary: £44,473- £50,056 pro rata, Competency Based Framework. Based at : Heald Green with cross site travel to Little Hulton. Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, worked over 4 days (Tuesday to Friday).
