We’re   looking for a   People and Workplace   Coordinator   to   support both our People and Culture initiatives and Workplace operations. This role plays a key   part   in delivering   exceptional   employee supp ort   while ensuring efficient office administration and workplace management. About the Role: We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and dependable   People and W orkplace Coordinator   to support the seamless day-to-day operations of our office   while providing administrative support across key People and Capability processes.   You will serve as a key point of contact for the   employees;   visitors   and candidates ,   take ownership of front desk duties to our Manila office, and ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-managed work environment.   In addition to coordinating workplace operations, you will   assist   with   HR   administration. Including onboarding and   offboarding activities, employee documentation,   scheduling,   and employee lifecycle coordination.   You will work closely with the Office & Admin Manager   and People and Capability team to help   resolve issues, coordinate   logistics , and support office-wide needs for our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, is naturally service-oriented, and   demonstrates   integrity, initiative, and   discretion when handling confidential information. As a   Workplace Operations Coordinator , you will   be responsible for : • Administrative & Office Support Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the management and office team. Monitor office supplies inventory,   assist   with orders, and   coordinate   with vendors as needed. Organize and   maintain   office files, reports, letters, presentations, and important documentation. Schedule meetings,   assist   in event planning, and help coordinate office initiatives and team activities. Manage meeting room bookings at the Manila Hub, and future permanent spaces. • Employee & Visitor Experience Support new employee onboarding: prepare workstations, welcome kits, equipment, and documentation. Serve as the front desk/receptionist—greet guests, handle deliveries, route calls, and ensure positive first impressions. • Vendor & Facilities Coordination Be the point of contact for contractors for the office such as electricians, internet provider, cleaners, pest control etc. Relay all office-related concerns, requests, and updates to the Office & Admin Manager   in a timely manner . Liaise with building management and external service providers as assigned.   Assist   with office upkeep, tidiness, meeting room setup, and facilities/maintenance escalation. • Workplace Operations Supervise Manpower Agency staff, manage scheduling, and   maintain   consistent security,   cleanliness   and orderliness in all office areas. Support hot desking requirements: seat assignment,   monitor   desk availability, and provide updates to the Office & Admin Manager. • People Operations Support Provide administrative support to the P&C team by coordinating recruitment activities,   assisting   in onboarding   &  offboarding , and   employment documentation   while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.   Assist   with other   people   operations initiatives as   required . • General Support Perform ad h oc administrative, HR and workplace operational tasks as may be required by the office & admin manager, People &   Capabilities   team, or the leadership team. Skills and Experience: We’re   looking for someone who can effectively support workplace operations while   maintaining   a high level   of professionalism, organization, and service excellence. You will bring: • High school diploma or equivalent required;   bachelor's   degree preferred. • 3-5 years’ experience in   HR & Admin role or HR generalist • O ffice administration, facilities,   reception   or equivalent experience • Safety Officer 1 or certified first aider is highly preferred. • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Professional appearance and customer-first demeanor. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Discreet and reliable, especially with confidential information. • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a team environment. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or digital tools. • Friendly, approachable, and collaborative attitude. • Willingness to work   onsite   in   Tiendesitas , Pasig City.
