Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time | 3501 S. Loop 289 Lubbock, TX 79423 At H2 Health Kids we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.  You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement structured, individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.  Your Role:  Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans  Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies  Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions  Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations  Partner with families to encourage skill generalization  Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards  Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment  Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)  Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism  Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA services  Benefits Compensation ranging from: $15.00- $18.00 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities  Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Tuition loan reimbursement Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-paid life insurance Additional voluntary benefit options Workplace Experience & Perks Monday-Friday schedule with flexible scheduling opportunities Access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology Manageable caseload expectations Live CEUs and professional development through H2U Collaborative, clinician-led culture Strong administrative support Employee recognition programs Advance Your Career.
