Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Part-Time (Full-Time Growth Opportunity) | Riverview, FL Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Riverview, Florida. At Great Strides Rehabilitation, you'll work in a collaborative pediatric environment serving children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while creating positive experiences for both patients and families. Your Role Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect, document, and maintain accurate therapy session data to support treatment progress. Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding patient progress, challenges, and observations. Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill generalization across environments. Support the achievement of individualized treatment goals through engaging and compassionate therapy sessions. Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical culture.
