Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Owens Cross Roads Full-time | Guaranteed Rate + Sign-on bonus! Guaranteed hourly pay -  you're paid for your full shift, every shift. You will get real support as you get started:  mentorship from experienced pediatric OTs, guidance through your early caseload that builds as you are ready, and a team that wants you to succeed, not just survive your first year.
