This is an ongoing, project-based, hourly contract engagement you can take on alongside other work. Key Responsibilities • Review AI-generated schematics, PCB layouts, and related design outputs for correctness, completeness, and manufacturability. • Provide written, actionable feedback that helps models learn electronics design practices and EDA tool workflows. • Develop and refine domain-specific prompts and test cases for large language models and other AI systems. • Evaluate LLM and simulation tool responses, flag errors, and suggest improvements to prompts or evaluation criteria. • Work asynchronously with research teams to deliver evaluations on schedule for assigned projects. Qualifications • Minimum 1+ year of practical, hands-on experience using one or more of the following tools: LibrePCB, KiCAD, Ngspice, Qucs-S, LTspcie, or other related technical tools. • Experience with PCB layout, schematic capture, or embedded hardware design. • Comfort working asynchronously and independently with distributed AI research teams. • Clear written communication skills for providing concise, actionable feedback to improve model outputs. Work Terms • Remote, asynchronous work; perform tasks independently from any location. • Part-time, hourly contract engagement with flexible hours and no minimum weekly commitment. • Placement into specific projects depends on project availability and matching between your skills and project needs. • This role is project-based and ongoing, and can be performed alongside other employment or commitments. Compensation • Up to $125/hr (depending on the project) • Compensation is paid on an hourly contract basis for work completed on assigned projects. Eligibility • F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate, subject to your school and Designated School Official guidance. • If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course for authorization, this program may not satisfy that requirement. • STEM OPT is not supported for this work. • Additional project-level eligibility requirements may apply; confirm authorization before accepting work. Application Process • Create an account on the program platform and complete the profile information. • Verify your identity as required by the platform. • Apply to or join projects that match your skills, complete any project onboarding steps, and begin assigned evaluations. • Start performing work on accepted projects and receive hourly compensation for completed tasks.
