YOUR CONTRIBUTION • You will carry out the monthly payroll accounting for around 550 employees in Austria. • You regularly exchange information with your colleagues on labour and social security law topics and thus contribute to the joint knowledge development. • You will be involved in the monthly payroll accounting for our subsidiary LHR with around 40 employees and actively contribute to the team. • You will provide support with payroll-related information for our external tax consultants in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands - we will guide you through the process, no prior knowledge is required. • You will create various reports and analyses that contribute to internal planning and decision-making within the company. YOUR SKILLSET • You are qualified for your role with a completed commercial education (apprenticeship, HAK) as well as (several years of) professional experience in Austrian payroll accounting in various collective agreements. • You must have passed the payroll accounting exam and have a sound knowledge of labour law. • You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. • Discretion, reliability and flexibility are values you live by. • You are a service-oriented, assertive personality with a solution-focused mindset, and payroll is in your DNA. • You are characterized by structured thinking, a high level of quality awareness and a careful and results-oriented way of working. Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 56,000.
