We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our client's team in Market Bosworth. This is a varied position where you will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process while also supporting the wider finance function. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring p ayroll accuracy, legislative compliance and the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations . You will be responsible for managing payroll from start to finish , supporting accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records and identifying opportunities to improve processes across the payroll and finance functions.
