Optima is currently seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be focused on providing a welcoming presence, collaborative team focus, and accurate efficient services in our corporate office. Payroll & Benefits Coordinator   Responsibilities: Process enrollments quickly and accurately  Resolve employee issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers Consult with employees regarding eligibility and other pertinent issues Assist employees in enrolling in dental, vision, and medical insurance plans Coordination of timekeeping and payroll systems Process bi-weekly payroll and calculate garnishments 401k audits, 1095-c processing, and EEO-1 filling  Assists with other tasks as directed   Payroll & Benefits Coordinator   Qualifications: 1-4 years’ experience in benefits administration and payroll Preferred Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field  Ability to be professional and keep information confidential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Positive attitude that welcomes teamwork Multitask efficiently Timeliness and dependability Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent Why join our team ?
