Payroll & Accounts Administrator - Finance Team, Flexible Part-Time Are you a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented finance professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our supportive finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous payroll and accounts experience to take on a varied and rewarding position within a welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of monthly payroll for approximately 230 employees and supporting the wider day-to-day accounts function. Your work will ensure that our dedicated team is paid correctly and that sales invoicing is completed in a timely manner. We are looking for a trustworthy and methodical individual who is a strong problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and is comfortable working to key deadlines. About the role As a Payroll & Accounts Administrator, your day-to-day will be both dynamic and crucial to our operations. You'll take full ownership of the monthly end-to-end payroll for around 230 employees, handling everything from statutory payments like SSP and SMP to workplace pension auto-enrolment. You'll also be a key player in our accounts function, producing sales invoices, assisting with management reports, and supporting the wider finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth; while previous experience is valued, we provide full training for the right candidate who shows a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll develop a deep understanding of payroll legislation, GDPR compliance, and various finance processes.
