Description
About Us   Riskified is the AI platform powering the eCommerce revolution. We use cutting-edge technology, machine-learning algorithms, and behavioral analytics to identify legitimate customers and keep them moving toward checkout. Merchants use Riskified to increase revenue, prevent fraud, and eliminate customer friction. Riskified has reviewed hundreds of millions of transactions and approved billions of dollars of revenue for merchants across virtually all industries, including a number of Fortune 500 companies.   About the Role   As the Product Manager for Riskified's Payment Fraud domain, you'll help merchants maximize revenue by approving more legitimate transactions while keeping fraudulent ones out — all without compromising the customer experience. Payment Fraud is Riskified's flagship product, delivering real-time fraud decisions across the full transaction lifecycle and driving measurable impact for merchants across industries. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of risk, machine learning, and merchant experience. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, analysts, and fellow PMs to build innovative capabilities that detect evolving fraud patterns, optimize approval rates, and surface actionable risk intelligence. At the core of this role is driving Riskified's market expansion by leading new ventures within the Payment Fraud domain. You will partner closely with Sales to pursue new opportunities, map target industries and geographies, and identify critical gaps between Riskified's current capabilities and prospect needs. By developing a deep understanding of vertical-specific fraud patterns, you will shape and validate solutions that ensure successful entry into new markets through direct engagement with potential merchants and pilot partners.   What You'll Be Doing   Define and own the product roadmap for the Payment Fraud domain, translating strategy into initiatives that drive approval rates, reduce fraud, and deliver measurable merchant impact. Lead the product workstream for new ventures: partnering with Sales, mapping fraud patterns and data gaps per vertical, guiding DS on model adaptation, and identifying product or operational changes required for market entry. Lead ongoing product discovery to understand evolving fraud patterns and merchant challenges, translating these insights into actionable roadmap decisions. Partner with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to prioritize, deliver, and drive adoption of impactful fraud prevention capabilities. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging fraud trends, ensuring long-term strategic decisions are informed by the broader fraud landscape. Engage with merchants to gather feedback, support implementation, and ensure product success. Track key metrics—including approval rates, fraud rates, and chargeback impact—to assess performance and contribute to broader product strategy.   Qualifications   3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or online payments. Proven success building products from 0-to-1, including market validation and early adopter engagement. Strong cross-functional leadership, with a track record of collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to identify, validate, and drive new market opportunities. Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. Strong understanding of payment fraud concepts (e.g., fraud patterns, chargeback dynamics, risk scoring). Excellent communication skills; experience in a global company required. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.   Life at Riskified We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally. We val
